Start with the source name

Open Leadership → Data quality → Review queue and inspect the source spelling and available context. Search current and former members plus known aliases.

Make a safe correction

1. Confirm the identity with enough evidence to avoid joining two different people.
2. Map the source to the intended member or reward chest type.
3. Add a durable name correction when the source spelling will recur.
4. Let recalculation finish.
5. Recheck the affected member and period.

Do not guess just to empty the queue. Reused game names, renamed players, punctuation, Seasonal Kingdom accounts, and OCR differences can make a plausible match wrong.
