Complete collector setup

Before you start

Clan leaders and superiors can open Leadership → Collection to review collection and configure the setup controls available to their role. Only the clan leader can manage the connected Total Battle account: replacing credentials, refreshing the linked-account list, pausing collection, and resuming collection.

Use the secure setup form and never paste passwords, mailbox credentials, 2FA secrets, or tokens into support messages.

Review and configure collection — leader and superior

1. Open Leadership → Collection.
2. Review the current collector state, selected game account, retry status, and the configuration controls available to your role.
3. Configure supported collection settings such as Clan Capital reads when the control is available.

Normal collection is scheduled automatically by Runekist. There is no ordinary collection schedule or manual start action to configure on this page.

Manage the connected Total Battle account — leader only

1. Open Leadership → Collection.
2. Enter the Total Battle account through the secure form.
3. Configure the supported email or mailbox access used for 2FA, if required.
4. Save the connection so Runekist can sign in to Total Battle once and discover the available game accounts and Seasonal Kingdom subaccounts.
5. After the account list has been populated, choose the correct account or subaccount. If the list is still empty, wait for the first login to finish, then return to Leadership → Collection and make the selection.
6. If an expected account is still missing after the login finishes, use the leader-only refresh action and wait for the linked-account list to update.
7. Confirm that collection is not paused and monitor the automatically scheduled run.

Runekist will show the collector state and latest relevant activity. The first useful standings appear only after collected rows are resolved and period aggregates are ready.

Check the first data

Confirm the clan, period, and collection freshness. If rows arrive under unknown names, use Resolve unknown players and reward chest names rather than changing scoring.
