Contact support

Service

Runekist provides private chest tracking and planning tools for Total Battle clans, including member standings, scoring rules, requirements, calendar tools, shared stack calculations, and subscription-managed access. Runekist is independent software and is not an official game service.

Accounts and clans

Clan owners and administrators are responsible for inviting the right members, keeping clan settings accurate, protecting credentials, reviewing imported data, and ensuring their clan use complies with applicable rules and laws.

Billing

The clan plan is EUR 10 per month and includes 40,000 monthly chest credits. Busy week top-ups are EUR 5 for 30,000 extra credits. Buying two or more top-ups at once gives 10% off. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable, and Stripe handles payments, invoices, receipts, tax IDs, saved payment methods, and the customer portal.

Public tools

The public calendar can be viewed without an account. Shared stack calculation links are public to anyone who receives the link. Creating editable stack plans and using private calendar subscriptions require an active account, clan, and subscription where applicable.

Acceptable use

Users must not upload secrets to public links, share private calendar feeds with unauthorized people, attempt to enumerate private routes or subscription tokens, abuse account or snapshot creation, interfere with collectors, or use Runekist to harass clan members.

Data and legal pages

Use of Runekist is also governed by the privacy policy and cookie policy. Those pages explain how Runekist handles personal data, cookies, local storage, service providers, retention, and GDPR requests.

Availability and changes

Runekist may change features, pricing configuration, collector support, operational limits, and legal pages as the product and applicable requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected on the public pages or in the service.
