What a leader or superior should inspect
Look for a collection pause, credential or 2FA failure, a run still in progress, unavailable credits, a specialist source-read delay, or rows waiting for aggregation.
If one member is affected, check the review queue, exact game username, aliases, and whether rows were accepted or remain unmatched. Do not change scoring to fix old source data.
Contact support only after these checks. Include the clan, period, page, freshness state, and approximate time—never passwords, tokens, private feed URLs, or player data unrelated to the problem.
