Recognise the symptom
One person may appear twice, reward chests may sit under an unfamiliar spelling, or a source name may point to the wrong membership.
Check the exact game username, punctuation and whitespace, known aliases, renamed players, reused names, and Seasonal Kingdom identities. Use Leadership → Data quality to inspect the source context.
Do not merge identities merely because their names look similar. When the match is clear, save the supported correction, let recalculation complete, and recheck every affected period.
