Your first route through Runekist
You do not need to configure everything at once. Start with the data path, then scoring, people, and communication.
- Review collection and complete collector setup. Leaders and superiors can configure the controls available to their role; only the clan leader manages the connected Total Battle account.
- Configure scores, groups, and requirements for the rules your clan actually uses.
- Invite, approve, and organise members.
- Review game player identities.
- Publish Clan → Rules and create the first announcement or event.
- Enable useful notifications and calendar integration.
- Review a complete period in Overview, Scoring, and Insights.
You can leave these until later
API access, public sharing, rewards, and advanced analysis are useful, but they do not need to delay a healthy first reporting period.
When your clan is ready to manage a Total Battle room, start with Choose the right Total Battle chat guide. Total Battle rooms remain public: decide channel type, access policy, local read-only safety, restrictive moderation, and scheduled work separately before connecting one. Use the focused moderation guide before any spam response or destructive cleanup.
When the first period is ready
Confirm expected members appear, totals are plausible, requirements behave as intended, and exports contain the rows you expect. If something looks wrong, check the selected period, freshness, and data-quality queue before changing scoring.
