Publish your clan

Open Leadership → People → Recruitment settings. An admin or leader can prepare the clan pitch, rules, questions, and aggregate figures before publishing the permanent showcase link. Publishing the showcase and accepting applications are separate settings. Closing applications leaves the showcase visible.

Choose the period, reward estimates, and image template, then save. Figures refresh periodically; use the refresh control when available for an earlier update. The last prepared image remains available while a replacement is being prepared. Download links appear once an image is ready.

Prepared languages translate the clan's public text using clan credits. Visitors use the prepared text without starting paid translations. Private conversation translation is a separate setting; the original message remains readable if translation is unavailable.

Review applications

Open Leadership → People → Recruitment. Officers can read applications and request translations; admins and leaders can manage them. New applications are listed by arrival. The approved waiting list is ordered by availability, with an independent priority setting.

Approving someone adds them to the waiting list. It does not invite them or grant clan access. After they have actually joined your clan in Total Battle, use Accepted in-game to create the normal Runekist invitation.

Messages are sent as the clan. Private notes and history stay within the receiving clan's leadership. Applicant messages and update requests can email the applicant; other clans and your leadership team do not receive application email broadcasts.

A manual candidate can be merged explicitly with that person's submitted application. Submitted answers are retained along with private notes and priority. Blocking prevents further submissions and messages until an admin or leader unblocks the applicant.

Follow your applications

Use My applications from your account to view each clan's decision, update your answers or availability, confirm interest, and reply. You do not need a clan membership. Applications to different clans remain private from each other. Updating an approved application preserves its waiting-list place. Withdrawn or declined applications retain their conversation history, and you can reapply when applications are open and you are not blocked.
