Before you confirm
Only the active leader can transfer leadership. Confirm the incoming person is the intended active member and understands the responsibilities.
Open Leadership → People → Leadership transfer and read the confirmation carefully. The change is audited and can affect future automatic billing for the outgoing leader. The incoming leader may need their own subscription, payment method, or top-up settings.
Do not use a normal role change as a substitute for the dedicated transfer flow.
