Use the Conquest Points ledger

Check your own silver balance and history, or manage reports and entries as clan leadership.

For everyone

Your balance

Open Scoring → Conquest Points → Balance to see the silver balance and movements for your currently linked game account. A positive balance is prepaid silver; a negative balance is owed. The ledger is independent of the selected scoring period. If an expected account is missing, check its game-player link in your account settings or ask leadership to review the link. Search your history by entry kind or reason.

Manage ledger

Leaders, superiors, and officers can open the Conquest Points dropdown under Scoring. Its nested pages show fetched reports, member balances, silver history, run history, incoming caravans, and collector credit costs. Officers can read those pages but cannot post, reverse, transfer, or attribute entries. Leaders and superiors also see the write actions.

In Review reports, filter by readiness, city, defender, or date. Only a complete fetched report can be selected for a CP run. Leaders and superiors select the reports, enter a run name and silver-per-CP rate, inspect the rounded charge preview, and post the run. Discovery and posting do not charge Runekist credits; an enabled report fetch costs 2 credits per successfully fetched report. A report is fetched once even if a player reposts its Journal record.

Use Manual CP run for historical CP that lacks a fetched report. Choose each player by name and ID, enter their CP, the run date, and the shared rate. Check for an existing run before posting. Record silver adds a payment for one selected player. Transfer silver moves existing prepaid silver between two selected players. Both require a reason; review the chosen accounts and amount before submitting.

Use Member balances and Silver history to inspect current balances and audited movements. Run history shows posted and reversed runs; authorized leaders or superiors can reconcile a historical manual run to a Journal UUID or reverse a run with a reason. Incoming caravans shows received silver and any receipt that still needs sender attribution. A read of incoming caravans costs 5 credits per collector run when enabled. Search fields and pagination help with long histories.

Outside-clan balances lists silver credit held by players outside the current game roster, newest credited caravan payment first. Leaders and superiors can choose a funded account, enter part or all of its remaining silver, choose a current clan player, and review and confirm the transfer. Recipients do not need a Runekist login. This moves silver credit, not an in-game caravan. Officers can view the balances. Ordinary members can only transfer to current clan players when member transfers are enabled.

New caravan receipts credit their original sender once, including outside-clan senders. Previously retained uncredited receipts still require explicit review in Incoming caravans; replaying an old receipt does not automatically credit it. Names appear when the collector supplies them; a stable player ID remains available when a name is unknown. Battle reports identify the defending city owner and troop suppliers by player identity, even when they are outside the clan.

The clan leader or a superior enables the ledger under Leadership → Settings → Conquest Points. The ledger starts off. Separately priced Read caravans and Fetch CP reports options stay off until selected under Leadership → Collector → Optional add-ons. Turning off the ledger hides its pages and paid options while preserving existing entries for a later re-enable.
