One place for clan-wide records
Insights → Clan groups roster changes, journal events, and Resources. Open Resources to choose among fifteen individual resource types, including Dragon Coins, Forest Essence and Hermes. Roster changes can use complete normal roster reads; the other pages still depend on Clan Capital data. Choose the specific page you need from its local selector.
The customer-facing section is called Clan because it describes clan-wide activity and resources. Clan Capital read may appear in setup or freshness details because that is how Runekist obtains some of the data; it is not the navigation name.
Check the latest read or freshness state before treating a balance, roster event, or journal record as current.
Review Gold Pass status
Insights → Gold Pass reports the status Runekist found for the current clan roster. Runekist began checking with Triumphant event #53, so it does not invent earlier history. Pick the event and then switch between Has pass, Does not have pass, and Unknown. Unknown means Runekist has not successfully checked that player for that event; it does not mean the player lacks the pass.
Runekist checks Gold Pass through the Total Battle account selected in collector setup. If that account's hero is below the required level, Total Battle does not return Gold Pass information to Runekist. This limits what the selected collection account can read; it is not a rule about which players can own Gold Pass. Collector setup shows the required level for the selected account. No missing value caused by this restriction is treated as Does not have pass, and the rest of the Clan Capital import can still succeed.
Within one Triumphant event, once Runekist finds a pass, a later conflicting check cannot remove it or change the first time it was found. First found with Gold Pass is shown in your displayed timezone and is not the purchase time. A new event starts with Unknown until Runekist checks it.
The report includes current registered and unregistered players and excludes players who have Left. Copy non-holders copies every current player explicitly observed without the pass, one current in-game nickname per line; it excludes holders, Unknown players, and Left players. CSV and XLSX downloads always contain the full current roster for the selected event, even when the screen has a state filter, search, sort, or page applied.
Members can also see event-specific Gold Pass #N badges in Scoring → Activity and Scoring → Requirements. A scoring period that overlaps two Triumphant events can show one confirmed badge for each event.
