Reconcile and use clan-owned Dragon Coins

Total treasury stock includes coins owed to every player, including former players. Clan-owned balance is the treasury stock minus all positive player balances; a negative remainder means there are not enough coins to cover them. Unknown or stale stock prevents clan-funded spending.

Administrators and leaders open Leadership → Payouts → Reconcile Dragon Coins. Keep recorded balances, choose individual targets, or use Zero everyone across all identified players. Missing IDs require individual review. Review the past 14 days of activity, enter the actual total stock shown in the game and a shared reason, then review and confirm. Saving changes balances and stock; it sends no coins. Pending payouts must finish or be safely cancelled first.

Officers, administrators and leaders can allocate available clan-owned coins to a current player's internal balance without a game fee, or queue a separate payment in the game without spending that player's existing balance. Confirmed game payments have the standard clan-credit fee. In payout settings, Forfeit clears a positive balance after a verified future departure; Retain keeps it. Existing former-player balances stay until explicitly reconciled.
