What the tier means
Runekist derives Guardsmen tiers from supported Ancient Personal reward observations. It is not a manually maintained profile field for every member.
The report shows the latest relevant observations for the selected period. A member can be absent because they were not observed in that Ancient event or reporting window.
If the current period has no useful observation, try a previous period and confirm the Ancient capture and freshness state.
When tiers update
Each Ancient event covers one game reset to the next. Runekist finalizes Personal and kill rewards only after regular chest collection has advanced through the ending reset plus 15 minutes. Wall-clock time alone is not enough. Until that collection watermark is reached, Insights → Guardsmen tiers says the rewards are still updating and shows a collection-lag estimate.
Clan-ranking rewards are a separate tail for the concluded event. They can arrive one or two hours after reset and update clan totals, but they do not delay Guardsmen tiers or reopen finalized Personal and kill rewards.
Regular Ancient events usually include Quick March observations and can award a player up to twelve Personal rewards across more than one summon. Seasonal events can have a different shape: one Personal reward per player, no Quick March observation, and later kill-reward bursts. Runekist uses those event-wide patterns; a clan setting or clan name never chooses the result.
If the collected core data is incomplete or conflicts, the page says the status is not available yet instead of presenting an uncertain result as final. Runekist tries again as regular collection advances and updates affected periods when it can confirm the result.
Older rollout data can contain a tier chart whose event status has not been updated yet. In that case, the page says Tier data is available, but its event status has not been updated yet. Treat the chart as available but not confirmed as final, and check collection freshness while the repair completes.
No Ancient event was observed has a different meaning: Runekist has neither tier data nor an event status for the selected period. Try a previous period if the event has not happened yet. Paused or delayed collection can also postpone the data needed to update tiers.
