Define reusable labels

Open Leadership → People → Tags. Officers can view definitions and filter players. Superiors and Clan Leaders can create, rename, recolor and delete tags, and add or remove them from players. Deleting a tag removes it from every player. The confirmation shows how many players are affected.

Tags only organize lists. They never change requirements, scores, exemptions, fines or payments.

Filter players

Use tags in Scoring → Requirements, Scoring → Activity, and Leadership → People → Member management.

  • Any shows all players, including players without tags.
  • Include shows players carrying every selected tag. Include Vacation and S8 shows only players carrying both.
  • Exclude hides players carrying every selected tag together. Exclude Vacation and S8 keeps players carrying only one, or neither.

An empty selection returns to Any. If a selected tag is deleted, the open selector removes it and tells you the filter changed. Clear an unavailable saved selection before downloading again.

Downloads include all matching players across pages, keeping the list's search and requirement status. Requirements Copy unmet list includes only matching players who have unmet requirements.

Assign tags

Expand Edit tags beside a player to add or remove a tag. Scoring lists include unregistered players; Member management lists registered memberships. Players whose game identity is unavailable cannot be tagged.

Select players explicitly on the current page to apply one tag to that selection. Changing search, filters or page clears the selection. A bulk action never silently selects other pages.

Assignments stay with the game player through registration, renames, departure and rejoining until you remove them or delete the tag. Older scoring periods also display today's tags. Tags do not expire and have no historical snapshots.
