Check why it is conditional
Confirm you are in the correct clan and that your membership is active. Then check whether your role includes the page or write action, the clan enabled the feature, Runekist observed the required data, the selected period has relevant records, and the product is not in demo or another read-only state.
Examples: Forest Essence appears after relevant data is observed; Fines and Assistant appear only when enabled and available; event management is hidden from ordinary members; officers can read some reports without receiving edit controls.
For Total Battle chat, also distinguish server integration availability, active Leader/Superior membership, binding enabled state, local read-only safety, channel type, restrictive moderation, fresh complete room/roster evidence, and remote operator capability. Ban, automatic restrictive actions, and cleanup require restrictive moderation; deliberate Mute/Kick use a separate manual authorization path. Readonly chat is a channel type, not the local read-only guard.
If your role changed while a page was open, reload it. Runekist reauthorises protected actions on the server and will not rely on an old visible control.
