Check the device
Confirm browser permission is allowed, the push subscription is active, the device has not been disabled, and a supported test push succeeds. If the browser blocked the site, re-enable it in browser or device settings.
Check the clan membership
Confirm the correct clan, active membership, enabled notification type, event visibility for your role, and whether policy or rate controls suppressed delivery.
A working device subscription does not enable every clan preference, and an enabled preference cannot deliver to a blocked device.
