Game player links
Open Leadership → People → Members to review a member's Game player link. Confirm the progress ID and full SUID before changing ownership. Players can find their SUID in Total Battle under Account Progression.
A roster rename updates the displayed game name without changing ownership. Editing an account label does not relink a player. Unlinking requires a reason, stops new credits and preserves history.
Historical discrepancies
The legacy unknown-player queue and manual name corrections are retired. Historical reward chest records remain intact. Contact support with the clan, period and player if a discrepancy needs investigation; matching names alone do not establish ownership.
