Follow the capture path
Check that the extension is linked to the intended clan, monitoring was healthy, the summon completed, the fight was explicitly selected for upload, and upload succeeded.
In Runekist, choose the relevant reset event and reporting period under Insights → Ancients. A repaired upload may replace the existing fight rather than create a second row.
If the extension still holds the completed capture, review its local upload state before repeating the capture. Share only non-sensitive status and timestamps with support.
