What Runekist collects

Runekist collects clan chest/gift records, optional clan capital records, supported journal event logs, member join/leave activity, and clan announcements for leader dashboards.

Clan capital resource reads

When enabled, Runekist also reads the clan capital ledger roughly every 6 hours, with an 8-hour maximum freshness target when credits and collector access are available.

Those reads capture Dragon Coins for payout review and Forest Essence donations for Seasonal Kingdom contribution checks.

• 30 credits are used for each clan capital read.
• Leaders can turn the reads off from the clan collector setup.
• The feature stores the ledger context before older in-game log rows disappear.

Journal event logs

Runekist reads supported Total Battle journal logs during optional clan capital reads, then stores event result rows for leader review.

Preserve event rankings and scores before older in-game journal rows disappear.

Journal scans run as part of optional clan capital reads, not normal chest/gift collection.

Journal scans keep an overlap window and seen IDs so repeat reads can avoid duplicate records.

Member join/leave activity

Successful clan capital reads can derive member join and leave activity from the latest member list, so leaders can review roster changes without manual notes.

Clan announcements with AI translation

When an optional clan capital read finds an announcement, Runekist brings it into the dashboard.

Turn on AI translation to show announcements in each member's language.

Runekist translates an announcement the first time a member needs another language. Each new language uses 50 credits; after that, the same translation is ready for everyone at no extra cost.

Clan rules in every member's language

Write and format clan rules in a simple editor, link directly to any section, and let every member read them in their own language.

Every saved update is kept. Leaders and superiors can restore an earlier copy at any time, and its translations stay available.

Use a shared statistics account when possible

Automatic collection needs an account that can read clan gift information. Many clans use a shared statistics account rather than a personal account, so collection is easier to pause, resume, or hand over later.

Choose which Total Battle subaccount the collector uses

Some Total Battle logins include more than one game subaccount, especially during Seasonal Kingdoms. Runekist can target the exact subaccount that belongs to your clan so collection reads the right chest/gift list.

• Choose main or seasonal subaccount
• When your clan moves into a Seasonal Kingdom, keep the same email setup and tell Runekist which game subaccount to open.
• The collector uses the selected subaccount only for reading clan gifts. It does not switch between subaccounts automatically unless clan leadership changes the setting.

What Runekist does not do

Runekist does not spend clan resources, change in-game clan rules, message members in-game, or expose collector credentials to clan members.

Pause and resume collection

Runekist can pause and resume collection so the account used for statistics is not necessarily locked into that job forever.

How to stop collection and delete collector credentials

Clan leaders can pause collection when the account is needed, remove collector credentials from clan settings, and contact support if they need help confirming collector access has stopped.
