How Runekist collection works

What Runekist collects

Runekist collects clan chest/gift records, clan capital records, supported journal event logs, member join/leave activity, and clan announcements for leader dashboards.

Clan Capital data

Clan Capital updates automatically with collection, at no extra charge.

Those reads capture Dragon Coins for payout review and Forest Essence donations for Seasonal Kingdom contribution checks.

• Leaders can turn the reads off from the clan collector setup.

Journal event logs

Chest collections also update journal event rankings and scores.

Member join/leave activity

Complete roster reads from supported collectors can derive observed joins and departures, so leaders can review roster changes without manual notes.

Clan announcements with AI translation

Turn on AI translation to show announcements in each member's language.

Runekist translates an announcement the first time a member needs another language. Each new language uses 50 credits; after that, the same translation is ready for everyone at no extra cost.

Clan rules in every member's language

Write and format clan rules in a simple editor, link directly to any section, and let every member read them in their own language.

Runekist translates the rules the first time a member needs another language. Each new language uses 50 credits, the same as an announcement translation; after that, the same translation is ready for everyone at no extra cost.

Every saved update is kept. Leaders and superiors can restore an earlier copy at any time, and its translations stay available.

Use a shared statistics account when possible

Automatic collection needs an account that can read clan gift information. Many clans use a shared statistics account rather than a personal account, so collection is easier to pause, resume, or hand over later.

How does Runekist receive game verification emails?

When available in Collection setup, Mail forwarding (beta) forwards only Total Battle verification emails without your mailbox password. Mail uses IMAP mailbox access. Both methods need your game login.

For Mail (IMAP), a dedicated game mailbox is recommended.

Forwarding requires a provider that supports a rule for only Total Battle verification emails. Follow the provider guide in setup.

Choose which Total Battle subaccount the collector uses

Some Total Battle logins include more than one game subaccount, especially during Seasonal Kingdoms. Runekist can target the exact subaccount that belongs to your clan so collection reads the right chest/gift list.

• Choose main or seasonal subaccount
• When your clan moves into a Seasonal Kingdom, keep the same email setup and tell Runekist which game subaccount to open.
• Collection runs on the subaccount selected by clan leadership. Review that selection and the enabled capabilities in Collection setup.

What Runekist does not do

Automatic collection reads supported clan records. Some optional features can perform in-game actions when leadership enables them. Review those settings before connecting an account; collector credentials are not shown to clan members.

Pause and resume collection

Runekist can pause and resume collection so the account used for statistics is not necessarily locked into that job forever.

How to stop collection and delete collector credentials

Clan leaders can pause collection when the account is needed, remove collector credentials from clan settings, and contact support if they need help confirming collector access has stopped.
