What Questionnaires collect
Questionnaires gather structured member progress. They can support member self-responses, captain responses for configured participants, values and notes, completion summaries, active and archived states, and spreadsheet exports.
Authorised users create and review them under Clan → Questionnaires. Members complete only the responses available to them. Archiving preserves historical answers; it is not deletion.
