Invitations
Open Leadership → People → Invitations, confirm the clan and intended allowed role, then create the invitation. An invitation cannot silently replace the clan leader.
Approvals
Open Leadership → People → Approvals to review pending join requests. Confirm the person and requested clan before approving or rejecting.
After someone joins, check their game username and role in Member management. Data-quality mappings remain a separate task.
