Check the account path
Open Leadership → Collection and confirm the intended Total Battle account and game subaccount. Review the current failure state before replacing anything.
Clan leaders and superiors can review the failure and the collection settings available to their role. Only the clan leader can replace credentials, refresh the linked-account list, pause collection, or resume collection.
If authentication failed, the clan leader should update credentials only through the secure setup form. If 2FA failed, verify the supported email or mailbox connection can receive and expose the current code to Runekist. The first successful login populates the linked-account list, so wait for it to finish or return later before choosing an account. The clan leader can refresh the list if an expected account is still missing.
Repeated attempts can make account recovery harder. Ask the clan leader to pause collection while resolving account access if necessary, and wait until Runekist explicitly reports that the account is ready before using it. Never send passwords, mailbox credentials, or 2FA secrets to support; provide the failure type and time instead.
